The California wildfires inspired her to found Terra Talent, an advisory and talent services firm working to catalyze the climate tech industry, with the ultimate mission of global-scale planetary restoration.

    Lead Recruiter

    Jesse has spent a decade working directly with seed and series A founders and has made key engineering and leadership hires for Heirloom Carbon, SPAN, Antora Energy, Seurat Technologies, Fourth Power, Nudge, Terraform Industries, Pascal Technologies, Geoship, Aether Bio, and other hard-tech companies. He generally feels good while being around trees and rivers and reading historical biographies.

  • Lauren Reniker

    Executive Assistant

    Lauren holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Cal State Fullerton and has served as a Military Police Officer in the Army National Guard since 2020. With experience as a lab tech in a cancer diagnostic lab and as a Senior Administrative Assistant in Cedars Sinai’s Pediatric/PICU unit, Lauren brings a diverse background to the team.

    Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with loved ones, reading, and staying active. They’re proud to contribute to a company committed to positive change and environmental growth.

    Head of Business Operations

    ​Hayden is an accomplished operations professional with a strong background in both autonomous vehicle technology and consumer-facing products. Prior to joining Terra Talent, Hayden held key roles at Motional and Toyota Research Institute, where he contributed to advancing self-driving car initiatives. He also worked on enhancing user experiences at Apple Maps, focusing on delivering high-quality, consumer-oriented solutions. Hayden brings a blend of technical expertise and operational insight to support Terra Talent's mission.
